Job Description :
Our client, a high profile global organisation, have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their dedicated team in West Lothian on a Fixed Term Contract for 14 months.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Bookkeeping duties
• Liaising with suppliers
• Control and reconcile duty payments to HMRC/Revenue Commission
• Raise credit/debit notes and associated correspondence
• Produce a monthly balance sheet
• Complete the VAT return on regular basis
Suitable candidates must possess:
• Previous Bookkeeping experience
• First class communication and organisation skills
• Excellent knowledge/experience of Microsoft Excel
• The ability to work within a fast paced environment
