Job Description :
Our Client, a global financial organisation based in South Gyle is currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their customer service team.
Dealing with premier customers on a daily basis you will be responsible for building strong relationships and taking responsibility for responding to anything from balance queries, overseas payment requests or benefits available.
Essential requirements
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
• Able to work shift patterns between 8am - 10pm which will include 2 Saturdays in every 6 and 1 Sunday in every 6
