INBOUND SALES ADVISORS - FULL TIME

Job Description :
High Blantyre/Hamilton


Large, successful and well established organisation with award winning Customer Service Centre in High Blantyre/Hamilton area are recruiting due to continued growth!

SALARY
Starting on a basic salary of 14,300 with the potential of a 5% increase in salary after 6-8 months agreed via manager (monitored through regular reviews).
Twice yearly performance bonuses & monthly incentives
Annual Increase (at the end of tax year)

SHIFTS
Week 1: Mon - Fri (8.00am - 4.00pm)
Week 2: Mon, Thus, Fri, Sat, Sun (2pm - 10pm)
Week 3: Weds, Thurs, Fri (9am - 5.30pm) Sat (8.30am - 5pm)
Week 4: Mon - Fri (8am - 4.30pm)
Week 5: Mon - Fri (9am - 5.30pm)
Week 6: Mon - Fri (12 noon - 8pm)


THE ROLE
* Handling on average 70 calls per day from existing customers
* Closing sales that have been passed from customer service representatives
* Working within a team of approx 15 others
* Each team has the full support and attention of it's own Team Leader
* Handling Incoming calls only from EXISTING customers (from all over the UK)
* Dealing with all manner of enquiries, queries and customer requests, you will be trained to give the highest level of customer services and advice on all products and services
* Advising each customer of any additional products and services they do not currently have and generating leads
* Working to targets and deadlines
* Updating customer info ion the state of the art database and systems (thorough training given)

PLEASE CONSIDER THE ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BEFORE APPLYING:
* Must pass a strict credit check
* Must be able to offer flexibility to cover variety of shift patterns
* Must have previous customer service/sales experience from any background (face to face or over the phone)
* Must be PC Literate with good/basic level keyboard skills
