Job Description :
Our Client is one of the fore runners of the Scottish property market. Founded over 160 years ago its reputation is second to none and recruitment opportunities within the firm are very rare.

An opportunity has arisen for an Account Administrator to join the existing team.
You will be responsible for the following:
all aspects of internal and external correspondence/day to day administration
processing of financial payments, arrears, banking, credit/debit cards, standing orders
dealing with all customer financial queries/customer complaints
internal and external mail
manage telephone calls, emails and written correspondence
Process monthly BACS
process statements
ad hoc duties at request of manager

You must be able to provide a customer focused service that is clear, concise and accurate. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential in order to exceed the Customer and Client's expectations.

The hours of work are: Monday to Thursday 9-5pm (1hr lunch) Friday 9-4.30 (1/2 hr lunch)
